      <description>Former Michigan Governor John Engler talked about dealing with the "fiscal cliff," the impending tax increases and budget cuts at the end of 2012 if Congress cannot reach a new budget agreement. Among his statements he called the debt ceiling impasse during the summer of 2011 "outrageous" and said lawmakers appeared to be more serious about finding an agreement.
