The panelists discussed the National Woman's Party's (NWP) use of persuasive language and imagery to secure suffrage. They showed examples of political cartoons and the banners carried in suffrage parades and during the NWP's pickets in front of the Whites House. They also responded to questions from members of the audience. Ms. Harrington moderated. "The National Woman's Party and Political Rhetoric: Visual Propaganda in the Battle for the Vote" was a program in the National Archives' William G.
