The Eisenhower National Memorial, planned for a four-acre site at the base of Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., is scheduled to open in 2015. The backdrop and centerpiece of the design is a woven-metal tapestry of a Kansas landscape unique in architectural history. They showed photographs during their presentation and responded to questions from members of the audience.
