 Howard Mortman reported by remote video from New Media Strategies headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, about what bloggers were saying on the Internet.
 
 Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick's and Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer's speeches at the convention the previous day were shown.
 
 An ad known as "Tiny" was shown that was released that day by Senator McCain's 2008 presidential nomination campaign.
 
 McCain campaign spokesperson Rosario Marin was interviewed about the progress of the campaigns. Jonathan Alter was interviewed on the convention floor about media coverage of the campaigns.
 
 Josh Earnest was interviewed on the convention floor about the theme of the convention that night, "Securing America's Future" and the roll call votes.
 
 Delegates were interviewed and scenes of the activity on the floor, and of Senator Obama's airplane landing, were shown.</description>

He describes how President Roosevelt rescued banks after mass bank closures, put men to work, and revolutionized mass communication with pioneering press conferences and the first fire side chat. He explained that President Franklin Roosevelt, during his first one hundred days in office, laid the foundation for national recovery after the Great Depression. After his presentation Mr. Alter responded to audience members' questions.
 
 The Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum hosted the Roosevelt Reading Festival III in the Henry A. Wallace Visitor and Education Center. Authors of recently published works that drew upon the Roosevelt Library archives presented author talks.</description>
