      <title>Access to Abortion Clinics</title>
      <description>The committee heard testimony from the attorney general, abortion providers, municipal officials, and legal experts on legislation that would restrict anti-abortion protesters' tactics in attempting to prevent women from entering abortion clinics. The legislation would create stiffer punishments for abortion protesters who interfere with the business or clientele of the clinics. Pro-life protesters claim the legislation would violate their first amendment rights in singling out speech by anti-abortion protesters as illegal. A panel of abortion providers discussed their experiences in dealing with abortion protesters in their working and private lives.</description>
