      <title>[Clean Energy Common Sense] Book Party</title>
      <description>Frances Beinecke attended a book launch event for the publication of her first book [Clean Energy Common Sense: An American Call to Action on Global Climate Change] (Rowman &amp; Littlefield; November 5, 2009). In the book she lays out a plan to solve the problem of global climate change. During the party, Ms. Beinecke talked to guests and signed copies of her book. She made remarks introduced by Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lisa Jackson. 
This event was held by the Natural Resources Defense Council in the Natioinal Press Club at 6:00 p.m. on November 10, 2009. Frances Beinecke, who has been with NRDC for thirty-fice years, became president of the organization in 2006. She wrote the book with Bob Deans.</description>
