      <title>Tuition Tax Credits</title>
      <description>Kevin Welner talked about the growth of tuition tax credit programs that allow individuals and corporations to provide money for K-12 scholarships for eligible students. Topics included the effect of these credits on school choice and educational reform and the prospects for more regulation. After his presentation, which included charts and graphs, he was joined in a discussion moderated by Frederick Hess. They responded to questions from members of the audience.
