He also spoke about the international initiatives of the two countries. 
 
 
 This event by the World Affairs Council of New Orleans was co-sponsored by the International School of Louisiana and the Alliance Francaise of New Orleans. It was held at the International School of Louisiana, a Louisiana public charter school.</description>
