      <title>Democratic Arctic Refuge Rally</title>
      <description>Protesters met in Washington D.C. to raise awareness of the new federal budget that allows for oil drilling at the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in Alaska. Former and current members of the U.S. Congress, as well as a member of the Canadian Parliament, spoke about issues including global warming, alternative energy, faith-based environmental stewardship, the hurricane aftermath along the Gulf Coast, and the war in Iraq. Students, environmental activists, and residents also participated.
 
 Program contains a signal loss 1.5 hours into the program for about 4-5 minutes.</description>
