      <description>Judge Becker talked by video uplink from Philadelphia about the creation of the Asbestos Trust Fund. He served as a negotiator between business and labor groups about how the fund should be managed and who should be able to be compensated from the fund. The Judge was picked by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Arlen Specter and helped the senator draft a bill for the creation of the fund. He testified before Congress this week. He responded to telephone calls, faxes, and electronic mail from viewers.</description>
