Victor Suvorov, author of [The Chief Culprit: Stalin's Grand Design to Start WWII] (Naval Institute Press; November 14, 2008), talked about his book. Viktor Suvorov was a Soviet military intelligence officer who defected in 1978. He is the author of numerous books, including [Aquarium: The Making of a Top Soviet Spy].
