      <description>During a press conference with Hatian Prime Minister Pierre-Lewis, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton unveiled a four-point plan Wednesday to tackle piracy in the Gulf of Aden off the coast of Somalia. Among the steps were sending an envoy to attend the International Somali peacekeeping and development meeting in Brussels and calling for immediate meetings with U.S. partners in the international Contact Group on Piracy to develop an expanded multinational response. She also said that a diplomatic team would meet with Somali leaders from the transitional Somali government and Puntland officials.</description>
