They analyzed the various aspects of the cases involved in the decision: Chief Justice Roberts' interpretation of the Commerce Clause and the individual mandate, the expansion of Medicaid, and the Anti-Injunction Act, a law that prohibited courts from striking down tax laws before they take effect. All of the panelists were against the health care law.
