      <description>Andrew Black talked about the aging pipeline system in the country as well as regulation and the economics of the industry. The rupture on March 29, 2013, of an Exxon Mobil pipe line carrying heavy tar-sand crude oil in Mayflower, Arkansas, was discussed. Video clips of the spill from [Huffington Post] were shown.
