      <description>The House Rules Committee met to set guidelines for the January 12, 2011,  floor debate to repeal the health care law enacted in March 2010. The legislation under consideration was titled "Repealing the Job-Killing Health Care Law Act." 
The committee took an extended recess after Committee Chair Dreier found out that Representative Pete Sessions was not on the House floor during the previous day's swearing-in ceremony.</description>
